What’s your shipping policy?
We are excited for you to try Flume, so we want to make this as easy as possible. We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 11 am PST, will begin processing the same day, and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. 

What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We are confident you will enjoy our products, but in the case you are not, we will refund you up to 30 days after your purchase. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To return an item or if you have any questions, please contact hello@withflume.com.

Where do you ship?
Flume’s products are available to ship within all 50 states and Puerto Rico.  

What if I need to cancel or change my order?
We try send your order as quickly as possible which may limit our ability to change your order or prevent a package from shipping, but we will do our best to accommodate. Please reach out to help@withflume.com immediately and we will be happy to assist you. 

What is your return policy?
We hope all your adventures will be more joyful with Flume, but in the event you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you can receive a full refund up to 30 days after your purchase (minus return shipping charges) for all purchases made directly from our website. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To return an item or if you have any questions, please contact hello@withflume.com. In order to best assist you, please include your name, order number and the name of the product you’d like to return.  If you purchased the product from another retailer, please contact them for information on their return policy.

Do you have a subscription option?

FLOW

How do I use the product?
FLOW is a pre-workout drink powder formulated to enhance the experience of moving your body out in nature.* To use, mix 1 tsp with 8 oz of water 15-30 minutes before heading out.  The powder dissolves best when shaken, but you don’t need any special bottles or equipment – any covered container or standard water bottle will do. 

Does FLOW contain caffeine?
Yes, a serving of FLOW contains 60 mg of caffeine from an Amazonian plant called Guayusa. This amount equivalent to a little more than half of a cup of coffee (95 mg per 8 oz) or one cup of black tea (50 mg per 8 oz). To note, the experience of Guayusa, often described as smooth, euphoric energy, is very different from coffee or isolated caffeine thanks to its unique chemical profile that helps balance the intensity of the caffeine.* If you are extremely caffeine sensitive, we suggest reducing the serving size or avoiding use.

How long does it take to feel the effects?
Everyone metabolizes the key chemistries in plants differently which determines how quickly the effects are felt, however, the initial effects of FLOW are typically felt within 15-45 minutes.  

How long do the effects on alertness, mood and energy last?
Everyone metabolizes the key chemistries in plants differently which determines how long the effects last.  The botanicals in FLOW deliver chemistries that activate the body and mind, including caffeine from Guayusa and theobromine from Cacao. The half-life of caffeine is 2.5-5 hours, which means roughly half of the 60 mg in a serving of FLOW would theoretically be  eliminated by the body in that time. Theobromine is metabolized more slowly, with a half-life of around seven hours.

Can I take it every day?
FLOW was formulated to be a fast-acting pre-workout product. It can be used daily if desired.

What does it taste like?
FLOW contains an enlivening blend of flavors from plants, including mint, cacao, lime and juniper to delight your senses.

How do I use the product?
BASK is post-workout supplement formulated to support recovery following intense physical activity.* To use, mix 1 tsp with 8 oz of water.  We like it over ice for an especially refreshing cool down that glows in your glass. 

Can I take it every day?
Yes, BASK can be used daily if desired. You may find it helpful to take for several days following especially strenuous activity or training.

What does it taste like?
BASK contains a refreshing blend of flavors from plants, including tangerine, mango, turmeric, and cardamom to delight your senses.

 

DRIFT

How do I use the product?
DRIFT was formulated to support deep, restorative sleep and overall wellness.* It is delivered in capsule form to make for an easy addition to your nightly wellness routine.  To use, take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bed.  

Can I take it every day?
While DRIFT is not intended for chronic sleep problems, it can be used nightly to support quality, restorative sleep and help keep your mind and body adventure-ready.*

How is DRIFT different from other sleep products?

No, our products are free of artificial sweeteners, colors and preservatives.  Organic evaporated coconut nectar is responsible for the subtle sweet taste, the flavors are plant-sourced, and the colors are a true reflection of the botanical blend. 

Are your products free of genetically modified ingredients?
Yes, all Flume products are free of genetically modified ingredients. 

Are the products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are verified by third party testing to be gluten free.

Are the products Vegan?
Yes, all our products are free of any animal-derived products. 

How should I store Flume products?
Botanical supplements are best stored in cool, dry place.

Can kids take Flume products?
Our products were formulated for adults (ages 18 and over).
